On September 10, as part of the 33rd Lviv International BookForum, a presentation of Yurii Veres’s photobook “Light Through the Ruins” will take place in Lviv.
Ukrainian actress Rymma Zyubina will join the author for the conversation and will moderate the event.
The presentation will focus on the story behind the creation of the book, the people Yurii Veres met during his travels across Ukraine, the photographs and the stories behind them, as well as what remains beyond the frame of documentary photography.
“Light Through the Ruins” is a documentary photobook based on photographs taken by Yurii Veres in different regions of Ukraine during the full-scale war. The book was published by Bilka Publishing House.
