The book Light Through the Ruins has been named among the leaders of the summer ranking of the nationwide Book of the Year 2026 competition in the “Visiting Cards” / “Photography” category.

There is something both surreal and deeply moving about watching your own book being printed. The whole process reminds me of an aircraft preparing for takeoff. First, everything is carefully checked. One by one, the machines come to life. Buttons are pressed, systems are activated, mechanisms begin to move. The press slowly gathers speed—and then, suddenly, everything is in motion.
